ExaPackets LLC provides a robust software platform and consulting services in the fields of wireless communications protocols, big data cluster management and analysis software.

ExaPackets protocol analysis software includes compiler with full support of ASN.1 specification and proprietary notation for decoding NAS protocol and other binary data sources like switch logs. The decoders produce key/value pairs that makes it easy to integrate into Hadoop big data platform. The end result is high performance Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) of wireless protocol data for 3G and 4G protocols. The resulting software is over 2000x faster than using using Hadoop out of the box.

ExaPackets has been involved in a wide range of protocol and post-processing projects, including drive test and switch log data analysis for both network backhaul protocols as well as over the air, RF interface. The various projects have included high performance protocol decoders, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), interfacing with NEM equipment and wireless handset control interface.
